Hands-On Release & Testing

Using targeted release tools, we address the restrictions we found in your movement. Then we retest. You move again and feel the change yourself. That's how we confirm what's driving the problem and start building your personalized movement plan.

Movement Training & Your Baseline

Through guided exercises, we begin restabilizing your body's movement patterns and allow your body time to adjust to the increased range of motion. This becomes part of your personal baseline that we'll track over the course of your personal program.
